These are my personal opinions: We hired this firm after we bought a home that had multiple construction issues. This firm billed us over $18,000 to pursue a rescission of the home contract. Six months into the process, they still had not filed a complaint or notified any of the defendants. I started to call other law firms. The law firm told me that rescission of the case wasn't even possible and damages were the only route. I was further told by lawyers that 6-8 billable hours at the most should have been billed to me if the lawyer was inexperienced and didn't know Colorado law. They are aggressively pursuing collection of my last bill which covered TWO months. They did not bill me monthly. I am looking for a refund of what I already paid. I have to use my companies lawyer to mitigate this mess with the state bar. Avoid this firm. **** Update, this firm took us to court. Look up case number #2019C42072 and see what he does to people who dispute his bill. Look at what the judge found. Next step the Supreme Court. This guy is a nightmare.
