Been 2 years and just empty promises. Wont advise anybody to use them. Follow up. Well had 2nd attorney on my case, Andrew. Great guy, stayed in contact with me, gave him all the info he asked for. Unfortunately he left the company. Now there is attorney #3 on my case, this attorney has not been in contact with me at all. Going for 4 years now, but the case still not completed. So again, i advise any potential clients not to use them.

I had a terrible experience with these people after being hit by a drunk driver. At first they were very rude and denied my case, making it seem like they only took the most straight forward / easy cases from an "intake specialist". I left them a 1 star review and immediately after I had a call from a top guy who came to my house and agreed to take my case. I agreed to remove the review. This was prior to covid, Dec 2019. Covid happened, few things got delayed, they found an insurance policy, dropped the ball, I had to deal with getting my car reimbursed which took a year. I kept getting phone calls from new people because the last person who I spent an hour talking on the phone with left the company (I understand why now) and would have to repeat the process with a new person, completely wasting my time. I eventually got fed up with it, had been paid on my car due to my own efforts and was kind of forgetting about the "extra". They dropped my case about a year later because "I was unresponsive" when I just got fed up with saying the same thing to 12+ new people because they couldn't keep staff. After they dropped me I hired a new attorney. He got us a $25k payout in 90 days, what Buchus and Snaker (BS) couldn't seem to get in 2 years... I would find a better law firm
