My experience with Bachus & Schanker Law Firm has been a positive one. They are very professional and at the same time able to put a personal spin on it making you feel at ease as if you're case is the most important. Knowing that having a case after an accident can be stressful they show you that they are sincerely concerned about YOU and for me that removed all the worry and stress. I felt comfortable putting my case in their hands. It's been a pleasant experience working with Kurt Smolker, he made this a breeze. He listened, addressed all of my concerns and explained everything in detail along the way. He was always available if I had questions. Having an Attorney doesn't have to be stressful. Working with the staff here has been a so simple. I was initially skeptical because they are a highly advertised firm but every person I've interacted with was so reassuring and personable. I worked most closely with Justin Mosery and Monica Sinness and they were very good about communicating with me both initiating and responding. I'm also happy with my settlement and overall experience.

Sid Tikalsky professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. Answered all my questions and explain everything to me so I understood what was going on each step of way . Had a terrible experience with my attorney. My experience was so bad that I will never use an attorney again. I will never understand why it is so hard to get a damn call back from attorneys. Do you know what happens if I don’t call my clients back in a couple weeks? They go somewhere else (Side note: Honorable mention however though of Dustin Bergman. After my terrible experience, my attorney was let go due to some other unrelated matters, Dustin took the time to look further into my case and help me a little further which was appreciated so I feel Dustin does deserve a good review on his end. Thanks Dustin.)

Probably the worst experience and the worst attorney’s office I've had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with. Please be aware of all the 5 star reviews - they are provided shortly after intake call (they will call you immediately after submitting paperwork for representation; but don't expect much communication thereafter). This office drags their feet, lack communication, and will email you cheesy videos with case updates that don't necessarily apply to your situation. Lastly, Adrienne is no paralegal - at best she's an administrative assistant (more of a note taker/ appointment setter). Check out BBB & reviews online other than Google. High attorney turnover, unresponsive to phone calls and emails, heck half the time they don't know what's going on! There are many great attorney's out there - find them! I do not recommend this office.

From the first phone call to the last the team at Bachus & Schanker were very professional and handled my injury case in a way that made me feel important. Ryan Sais was very prompt in returning emails and phone calls and was very good at keeping me in the know. I will absolutely be recommending this firm in the future
