I met with Sean about three years ago when he handled my divorce case. When it was time to make a decision to go to court for my relocation case from Colorado to California, I knew I could rely on Sean. He and his team were amazing throughout the entire process. They constantly reassured me, responded quickly to all my calls and emails, and answered all my questions. He worked hard to prepare us for trial and his quick wit and attention to detail in the courtroom was amazing. My children and I will be eternally grateful to him for our amazing new life in California.

Peek Family Law was not truthful nor honest about expectations of my case; therefore, I would not recommend them. Kept me abreast of my charges but not the case where I felt I was solely representing myself.

I went through a very nasty divorcee that included false protection orders, major stolen property, and police intervention. Without the help of Sean and his staff I would have ended up in a far worse position then I am now. Not only did Sean help me recover the stolen property, we were able to settle the case vs. dragging it out farther. Avoiding more costly court dates and stress. Sean has the insight and compassion to get things done the right way. I'd recommend Sean and his staff to anyone.

I have been working with Sean and Eric on my divorce and custody proceedings. They have been professional, courteous, helpful, and fair. Their pricing is reasonable and I'm not charged for unnecessary items. While this process has been very stressful, they have done everything in their power to relieve the stressors. I'm confident that I made a great choice by hiring them. I'm lucky I have them on my team, and I definitely wouldn't want to be up against them in court!

Sean helped me through a very difficult divorce a few years ago. So when I needed representation to deal with my ex-wife recently, retaining Sean was an easy decision. He lacks detail in his work. If you need someone with experience, look elsewhere. My family and I are very disappointed at how he handled my divorce case. Lazy lawyers produce weak settlements. He produced a weak outcome for us.

Sean helped me and my ex-wife through an emotional divorce. He was always accessible, knowledgeable and kind. At times he had to explain things I didn't want to hear, but ultimately the outcome was fair to us both. Sean Peek drove all the way to Vail to represent me. He kept me calm throughout the whole process and negotiated diligently throughout the whole process. I met with the experienced attorney then was pawned off on an intern and the paralegal who knew nothing. The only thing they did well was charge me a lot of money. Very disappointed with the outcome and it was not worth it because the results were the same without the attorney. Don't bother.
