I was referred to this office for assistance due to my landlord's illegal conduct. I did not receive a return call, as a matter of professional courtesy. I only wanted 15 minutes of their time to explain my situation, and, would have gladly paid for the consultation provided it was reasonably priced. They missed an opportunity to make a difference. So much for "advocacy".

I irresponsibly let an apartment complex take advantage of me and frantically called in need of help/assistance. Floyd let me know the hard truth and was straight to the point. He sent me all the information I needed to protect my hard earned money. I hope to get positive results but regardless, I'm thankful to have received professional advice without even being charged. I wish them the best for helping folks like myself. What goes around, comes around - I hope they're around for ages so others can also receive the kind help I got. Thank you again, Floyd!

Floyd Jones was excellent and very caring in listening to my problems. Though my personal tenant issue was not something he recommended for seeking legal guidance, he was able to offer me a few contacts to reach out to for my case and some general laws that may help if I researched them. If I ever have another issue that requires legal representation for my rights as a tenant, I will be reaching out to Colorado Affordable Legal Services
