I was very pleased with the help i received from Floyd and CALS law firm. The phone was answered by Floyd, who gave me good suggestions and was willing to review information to see if he can help. Already, this has been a great response in a world of unreturned calls and endless voice mail prompts! He even called me when i was trying to get through and there was a phone issue.
