Amazing response time! I called in today and was directed to a team member immediately to have a legal consultation regarding a landlord-tenant issue. They provided assurance and guidance that I am currently on the right track in handling the matter and which next steps to take. The representative was incredibly professional and knowledgeable of the subject matter, answered all the questions I had, and did not charge for this knowledge sharing. I had called this place to ask a question and the gentleman was so nice and extremely helpful. Unfortunately they don’t work in El Paso County however, he was able to point me to a place that helps the county I’m located in!! Makes me wish I lived in the county he works in!!
