April at Colorado Affordable Legal Services was highly professional and did provide me with legal advise and assistance. She was prompt with email/ phone communication, and was prepared to represent me regarding my situation. Fortunately I did not have to seek much assistance; however, she established several legal documents and was prepared based on Colorado housing law and the representation of Colorado tenants.

I was in a really bizarre situation with a place I lived at for about a year before we got a new “landlord”. This lady was erratic and so vicious and out of the blue started posting “evictions” on my door and started harassing me to no end. It truly was one of the worst experiences of my life, until I spoke with April. April was kind, patient, and so fast at returning calls/emails despite how busy she was. She was my saving Grace through the whole situation and made me feel a little bit safer for the last few weeks I lived there until I moved (on my own no actual evictions because they were posted not legally). I pray that I’m never in a situation like that again but I know if I am I have a have an angel in April. Thank you so much April!
