I called in regarding a tenant issue my wife's grandparents were facing. The fella I spoke with was instantly knowledge, professional, reassuring, and friendly. His demeanor made we feel at ease regarding the whole situation and his instructions were concise and simple to follow. I'm amazed at how much information I gained in one phone call. Called for advice or to obtain service. Make sure you've got your facts before calling. Man I spoke seamed a little upset I hadn't my initial court date. However he was right, these people don't like to waste time. I was very upset about his seemingly aggressive attitude. But he was correct, have your facts before calling.I didn't have my initial court date, he said when calling atty have facts first. Only was missing one thing. And i was emotionally upset since being treated badly by this court system. He gave 3 numbers to call, claiming this was a mess, and should not have happened to me. What he didn't ask nor realize was I'm willing to pay. Wasn't asking for a free bee. So we disengaged and I'll try the numbers supplied. I have money, maybe he should be more thorough about that with the next person. At least he gave numbers to call. Man lawyers are a species of there own. Narcissism abound, with strong feeling of being privileged , that's what hurt . Just not a nice person, but thats probably what you need with an attorney. Next time ask if persons willing to pay before being so abrupt.

Although I have not yet needed the full breadth of help this legal team has to offer, after speaking to Floyd for 10 minutes I was already armed with additional information that will potentially keep me from being a victim to my property management company’s erroneous practices. It helps breath a sigh of release into the community knowing there are skilled representatives for us to call upon when in need.

Literally the best people around. April and her paralegal Floyd are so kind and helpful. You can feel that they care about you and your situation when you speak to them. I’m having an issue with my landlord and when I told them, Floyd immediately set me up with an emergency appointment and worked every angle so that I could get him the info he needed.
