I contacted Colorado Affordable Legal Services after hours and hours of researching and talking to numerous law firms who either represented the landlords or who just didn’t practice in landlord and tenant law. This place is a God send for people who are not low income ( Colorado Legal Services help with low income populations) and who need affordable, high quality and sound legal advise. During my initial visit, I was greeted by Floyd who is such a gentleman, he immediately put my nervous mind at ease and made me feel at home. He was courtesy and professional while being “human”. I then met with Attorney April who was just as courtesy, kind and professional as her husband. April is very knowledgeable in landlord and tenant law and helped me to understand the laws and how they affected my situation. She took her time to review my case and let me know my strong spots and weak spots as well as developed a plan of action for court . The money I invested for the consultation was worth every penny! The office even does a follow up with you as standard protocol to see how things went with your case, good or bad. If you are experiencing a legal matter and need an experts opinion, do yourself the favor of working with Colorado Affordable Legal Services, they are truly top notch.

Floyd and April Jones were extremely helpful. I called for some legal advice, to get me out of a situation that was emotionally and financially draining. They were able to give me some great advice at no cost to me, and now I don't feel so hopeless about my situation. They seemed to really care.
