I recently used Colorado Affordable Legal and I was very happy with the service I received. Both April & Floyd were helpful and straightforward, which is exactly what I needed. The advice I was given allowed me to reach an acceptable resolution to the case. Ultimately my case ended in mediation without a judgment and without having to spend a bunch more money. I will recommend this service to others.

Rude. I called just to ask a couple of questions and was flat out told by whoever the little boy that answered was that he "doesn't care about that." He then proceeded to cut me off as I was trying to explain myself further and ask me all sorts of questions that would've been answered if he had let me finish. Very VERY rude and unprofessional.

I am thankful for their services. I talked to Mr. Jones and he was very informative and considerate to my legal situation.

Our organization has worked with CALS; they have been instrumental in helping several of our families as well as educating our staff in how to direct clients regarding tenants' rights. I'm thankful that in this rental climate in Denver, there is a group like CALS who is advocating for tenants. I'm adding to this review because I have now contacted CALS for personal reasons. I have been appreciative of the resources given to me by Mr. Floyd Jones regarding mobile home parks, which has some unique issues involved. I am researching and arming myself and will be meeting with someone who is knowledgeable about my situation. This is a firm that not only possesses knowledge, compassion and integrity, but is also a beacon in the difficult world of Denver's current housing crisis. Thank you CALS. I will update once I have resolved my situation!

They were super helpful and informative. I am in the process of legal issues with an apartment complex and they have been more than helpful. I would refer them for all tenet landlord legal issues!

The person I spoke with was rude, interrupted me, and assumed I was asking questions that I was not. Horrible agency.

I just called this jerk and let me tell you they are complete jerks. They will not let you talk, they interrupt you. They are rude and disrespectful. do believe me try calling them. This firm needs to be disbarred.
