We worked with Jessica to adjust my Husband’s status after our marriage. The Green Card process was very stressful and confusing. But Jessica was always able to answer our questions and help us understand our situation and options. Jessica was very organized and very knowledgeable about immigration processes. After we hired her, she completed our paperwork, sent a list of possible evidence to prove our relationship, organized that information for the interview, and joined us at the interview. We had several face to face meetings and a practice interview to get an understanding of what questions they may ask. She also had a meeting on next steps and helpful things to know after we received my husband’s green card.

Jessica was really understanding with my wife's lack of English skills and made sure we could get everything in order with plenty of time to translate/get things from Japan. Jessica and The team at Kolko & Associates were great all the way through! There was many other lawyers that were telling me I had to leaving the country because I entered illegally, even thou I had lived here basically my whole life. Jessica and Kolko's knowledge about the immigration laws helped me to stay here with my family. I know every case is different, but to me and my family it made a world of difference!!! They also coached me for my interview and were present at the interview. Which took a lot of pressure of off me do to the fact I had acquired a few cases...
