Desmond, absolutely, fights for my rights as a father and my ability to see my son.

Having no experience in this field at all, I was pretty terrified when I was shown to be at fault for a car accident. The entire team was excellent gave me a lot of information helped me to remain calm, and on the day of Katy in particular went way above and beyond the call of duty to help facilitate me reaching the courthouse on time. I was very impressed on every level with this operation. Oh, and they significantly reduced the amount of trouble I was going to get into! Well worth the retainer.

Very dissatisfied with the rookie attorney they assigned me. Desmond Brazil. He stumbled over himself and looked at me to defend myself, and this was only in a mediation. When I voiced my dissatisfaction with him, instead of assigning me a different attorney from the firm, which I thought was an obvious choice. Instead, it led to me firing the firm, and they withdrew them selves from my case, charging me another $350.00. After already paying them over $5,000.00. What was this $5,000.00 used for??? We never went to court, and all they did was some filing and an hour of mediation. They also failed to file an important motion to adjust my child support. What a RIP-OFF. Good thing my new attorney caught this in time. And I'm paying half the price for a more experienced attorney. Might edit this if they give me a refund.

A lot to say about this Law Firm. I had to find a lawyer very quickly due to my sons mother trying to move out of state with my son and offering me little time to see him. Before her doing this we had a 50/50 custody plan. So i wasn't about to let my son leave. So i found Roger and his team and Rodger referred me to one of his lawyers Desmond to take my case. Desmond was great and so was Rachel the paralegal on my case as well. My ex tried stating false information about me to win her case. Desmond kept with the proving that i was a good dad and deserved my son rather than trying to bash her to win my case. Throughout it my family and friends all kept saying why are you not bashing her back and proving she is a bad mom but Desmond and I didnt want to win that way. We wanted to win the right way and prove facts. So a CFI got appointment to my case and found it better fit for Jamison to stay in Colorado with my then move to texas. So i won my son for the School year and she gets him for summer and breaks. Win # 1 After that she tried making me pay for all of my sons flights and half of her flights to get my son back and fourth from texas. Again trying to punish me for her decision to move. Again my lawyer kept with his way. Judge heard our statements and ended with me only paying for my flights, she pays for all of my sons flights( that's right every one) and i dont pay child support. Win # 2. All in all. My lawyers fought for me and worked hard. My lawyer told me, that no matter what i won the war( which was the time with my son) and he was right. But it felt great to win the battle and the war. I could not ask for a better lawyer. I will always use them. It was pricy but for my son no money matter when it comes to him. Thank you again Desmond and Rachel for all you did for me. I appreciate it very much!!

I didn't know what I was going to get when I was first referred to this office. I was in a very high stress state as an unexpected family situation had arose and I needed a lawyer immediately. Luckily, the person I got to work with was Dorian. I don't know what I would have done without him. He kept my stress down and brought me back to reality when I was spinning out. Its hard when you get in those situations to know if those representing you have your back or not, and Dorian definitely did! I knew what was happening in my case the entire way and he always responded quickly with any questions that I had. If you are looking for a lawyer who is going to have your back then this is the office for you!

Roger and his firm have represented me through two divorces both with small children involved, both times he showed outstanding representation and full attention to my concerns. They are very compassionate and honest. They are always around to answer questions without making you feel like you are a burden.
