Mr. Viner made my life beyond joyful with the exception of my health condition that I must deal with the remainder of my life. His communication and persistency were outstanding and I cannot find the words to thank him. He was consistent in delivering all information necessary and keeping me informed on a constant basis. He maintained all records and kept them at arms length to provide them in a timely manner when requested. During the few occurrences that crucial information was deemed as not received he promptly provided the information to resubmit.
