I was reffered to this firm from a trusted and reputable source. I had asked to speak with Lawrence directly as I was informed he was experienced in interstate custody issues. My case consultation was handed off to another attorney by the name of Hannah. I paid for a consultation on the assumption I was going to get an in depth 60 minute case review. Hannah did not listen to the questions I was asking, her demeanor was rude and she was very dissmissive. She very obviously was not interested in helping me or taking my case and treated me like I was inept. The consult ended at 22 minutes. The level of professionalism and communication that Hannah offered was poor at best, not to mention inconsiderate. I directly called the office to ask for a different attorney or a refund because I do not feel services were rendered. Both requests were denied and the dissapointments I voiced were offered zero remedy. I would not recommend even paying for a consultation with this firm if these client relations are the standard.

My husband and I worked with Kaitlyn Davis to create our wills, guardianship designation, powers of attorney and health care, etc. and recommend her without hesitation. Kaitlyn was efficient, communicative, and skilled. And she was friendly and easy to work with to boot! I am confident that our end-of-life documents are now in great shape--a big relief. Finally, after some research, I found that Gendelman Klimas's rate for a wills, etc. package was competitive.

Due to a lack of morality and care by laurence Gendelman while acting as a CFI on my case, I am back at square one just 6 months after a decision was made on my case, and attempting to get the court to enforce orders, my ex has cut off 90% of access to my child, refuses to follow court orders to get my son into play therapy and has done everything in his power to attempt to destroy the relationship I have with my son, I was a domestic violence victim, all of these facts were disregarded by an individual who acted with bias and went against what was required of him as a court appointed investigator. I would not recommend this firm or Laurence to anyone who truly wants to succeed at protecting their child, there is a complete lack of integrity.

We worked with Kaitlyn Davis on a standard will packet. She was easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable and very prompt with her responses. We felt very comfortable telling her our situation and she gave great information on ways to move forward. We will be creating a trust and will plan on working with Kaitlin again.
