Jerome is the worst attorney that I've dealt with. I have had several consultations and I have never experienced someone who didn't even ask what my case was before jumping into a lecture. I had questions and he didn't give me any answers to them because he wasn't really listening to a thing I was saying. He was practically hostile when I had to ask a question a 3rd time because he still didn't answer it. I would not recommend him to anyone. He seems overly arrogant and only interested in what HE has to say. Your input with specifics about your case would be irrelevant. I'm actually shocked to see he has previous good reviews. I'd give zero stars if I could. Edit: Jerome, after reading your diatribe reply, it is obvious that you (at the very least) have some narcissistic tendencies. I will respond to a couple parts of your reply: I interrupted you to correct you from going down the same non-answer rabbit holes as you had previously done more than once. I didn't say what a court would do, I was trying to ASK YOU as the "expert" and yet I continued to receive zero answers. I've spoken to 3 other real estate attorneys since you and have received a wealth of information. I will be retaining one of them because they actually listened instead of just wanting to hear themselves speak. They provided me with a cost effective solution with clear concise information that you seem to be incapable of. I appreciate the time you were willing to spend for this consultation (though it had the potential to make you money) but I do not appreciate the time wasted with your arrogance during the consultation and now continue to spew into your reply to my review. I think you mean irritated when you call me "emotional" and that was one hundred percent due to your toxic personality and the lack of information that I was receiving. I predicted that you would reply with the same arrogant attitude as our conversation and it is still clear to me that you didn't listen to a thing I said! It's actually almost comical if it wasn't so frustrating. You seriously need therapy

I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Geraghty! He was the only laywer that quickly replied back to me out of 5 that I contacted. Given I was on a deadline, he fit me in his schedule and the consultation was extremely effective. I appreciated his honest, direct and straight to the point communication.
