I referred a friend to Phil several years ago who was going thru a tough time in her marriage. Look, we all know attorneys who treat their craft just like a job. Completely satisfied with Kevin Cheney. Highly recommend. In 2021 my wife had a bad fall on a hidden sidewalk hazard. She was seriously injured, and we decided it required some kind of compensation because of the dangerous hazard that caused this. We found a lawyer in Greeley that we decided to go with. Nice enough guy but he immediately brought in another lawyer to do all the leg work. Unfortunately, he never helped out and for some unknown reason withdrew from our case after wasting a lot of time. That's when the first lawyer brought Cheney Galluzzi & Howard onto our case. We are very thankful he did. Kevin Cheney contacted us and walked us through what he would do for us. Long story short, he took charge and brought my wife's case to a satisfactory conclusion. A settlement was reached, and we didn't have to go to trial. We couldn't have asked for more from him. The injury happened just into Weld County. Kevin wisely chose to file the case in Larimer County. We wish we had known about him from the beginning, we would have gone directly to him in the first place. He did a great job, and we would definitely recommend his firm to anyone.

Excellent job on my case they did all they could to get me what I deserved

I was in a car accident in January 2022 and was hurt pretty badly. I originally started my personal injury lawsuit with another attorney at a different firm. I was not happy with the other attorney because I never knew what was going on with my case, he was not caring or professional, so I decided to find another attorney. I googled personal injury attorneys in Denver. Cheney Galluzzi & Horward was the first firm I called. From the initial phone call to the free consultation to the final settlement, this firm has been outstanding!!!! They are extremely professional, deeply care about their clients, personable, knowledgeable, very prompt, go above and beyond, and the communication is amazing. They met with me monthly (sometimes daily/weekly) to update me on my case, see how I was doing, and always helped me when I was having trouble with doctor’s appointments, etc. I want to personally thank all of the employees that helped with my case especially my attorney, Nicole and paralegal, Lauren. They worked diligently on my case and know exactly what they are doing to get the most for their clients!! The ladies are absolutely fantastic!
