I was in an accident with an intoxicated driver in 2021. Through the hard work of Jenista, Nicole, and the team we finally settled the case with the insurance company and I can move on. It was a long road but they were very great at keeping me in the loop while they tried to get me a fair settlement, eventually getting me the full policy limit. I am grateful as I wouldn't have gotten this far without their help.

In August 2023, I experienced a car accident that left me quite shaken and injured. I’ve known Dave Ratner for well over a decade at this point and I’ve recommended his services to a number of folks. He’s smart, caring, and dedicated to his craft. He’s personally given of his time ($0 billed) to assist me in some interesting circumstances where I already had representation through another entity. Who does that these days? Dave does. Ryan Brackley is a true professional. In my case he was responsive and always made himself available for any reason. From the first time we met, he explained every step of the legal process and clearly explained all of my options. He fought hard for me and my case resolved in my favor. He knows the laws and the ins and outs of the system. Most importantly, he always treated me with respect and he gave me hope during a very scary and dark time.

Unprofessional & poor communication, I discussed my case with a promise of a call back and I never heard back. Don’t waste your time Update: dishonest response - see phone records attached. They did not call back until after I posted this review. Definitely don’t waste your time with this dishonest business.

Rathod Mohamedbhai is hands down the absolute best group of people I could have ever hoped & dreamed to work with me on my case. After High Plains Library District terminated me in retaliation for advocating for LGBTQ teens and youth of color, I was determined to seek justice for having my civil rights violated.
