“I called, spoke to the receptionist, she transfered me to Ms Rodriguez. It went to voicemail. She or anyone has yet to call me. I'm thinking their 5 star rating isn't real.”

“Case load too heavy to handle my case when I believe in reality they didn't want to go after the employer. Took a week to get a call back as they were reviewing my statement. When I was called back I was told they didn't have the resources available. I asked if they had a referral for me and I was told no.”
