I have been trying to get ahold of the individual helping me with my case and I cannot get ahold of anyone. I have called, text, and emailed multiple times and no one ever reaches back out to me. I am wary on finishing paying off the fee because I am supposed to be working with Rocky Mountain Bankruptcy but the invoice says Fresh Start.

I paid the money in full. Got a text the next day that they are no longer filling for people. Still have not received a refund or email about the refund. Why are they still advertising that they a BK attorneys.

I found Mr. Kielich extremely helpful. He provided me with not only one answer to my question but other avenues to take for a resolution. Mr. Kielich offered me more options to solve my dilemma than an attorney that I hired, in my hometown, who I retained one year ago. Wish I lived in Texas..I'd hire him.

Signed up to have my bankruptcy filed with them. Paid the fee, went through the process, completed the paperwork, and they weren’t able to get the case filed. I’m not sure why, but I don’t think they can file for the State of Alabama. They did give me a refund and the attorney Michael was very nice. Hope that helps someone looking to file.
