Gigi and her staff worked very hard and diligently on my personal case. After loosing my wife and taking on the role of a single parent trying to make ends meet, I found myself in a mountain of medical bills and debt that quickly became overwhelming. I tried very hard to stay ahead but couldn't keep up and came to the realization I had only one option left available. I consulted with Wink & Wink and immediately received first class, professional service and attention. They worked with me, gave me my options and advised me on the best option to come to a resolution for my situation. I retained Gigi and her firm as my lawyers and they continued to work hard and diligently on my case from beginning to end. My wife and I hired Gigi Wink for chapter 7 bankruptcy representation and counsel. Without question, Gigi is the finest attorney I have hired for *any* reason. Ms. Wink was very professional and supportive throughout the entire process of my bankruptcy. It was very disturbing to find myself in a positon that required my taking this step. Gail and her firm did my bankruptcy (Ch 7) last month. Her and her staff were everything I was hoping. Responded to my emails thoroughly and quickly. Took care of just about every detail (I was rather impressed how diligent she was in managing such a huge pile of bills and collections letters, wow). She knew her stuff and advised me best as anyone could. Last but not least, she did it all at a cost that I found to be not just reasonable, but cheap IMHO. In fact, when we met at court to wrap it all up I said to her, "I didn't pay you enough for all this". I really don't suggest even calling one of those super cheap bankruptcy ads you find everywhere. I've heard first hand how sloppy they can be. And filing a Ch 7 is something you can't afford to do sloppy. It'll cost you! Thank you Gail! You rock!
