“Asked if they could help with my particular case. Was prompted to tell my story and was told that the attorney's schedule would be checked. I also asked if they couldn't help, if they would be able to provide a direction or referral. I was told I would be contacted the following morning and if they couldn't help I would get a referral. I did not receive a call and I did not receive a referral.”
