I can't speak to the other lawyers at this firm, but I had a very disturbing experience with Andrew Castle, who represented one of my friends in a relatively high profile case. Unfortunately, my friend was found guilty on all 7 counts. And my friend and I weren't really sure of what to do. I asked him if there was any way I could use my platform to try to help? And my friend said that it might help, but that we should first ask his lawyer Andrew, before doing anything. We had agreed that this was a good idea, and I sent an email asking what Andrew thought, making it very clear that I wouldn't do anything if that made him or my friend uncomfortable. When I asked Andrew if using my platform would be of any use, Andrew's response was very aggressive. I asked him why he was being aggressive, when I already had agreed to not doing anything that he didn't feel comfortable with. To my surprise, his response was to tell me to stop talking to his client, my friend, while he was in custody. It was a very jarring experience as I simply wanted to try to help my friend, and again, had no interest in doing anything that would make my friend or Andrew feel uncomfortable. I also found this to be very disturbing, as I imagine being in jail is tough, and someone in jail might want to have as many friends as possible to talk to. However, because I didn't want to further anger Andrew, I and others stopped talking to our friend until he was out of custody. I think that's an incredibly horrible and cruel position to put all of us in, as we simply wanted to provide emotional support throughout an incredibly tough time. I found Andrew to be extremely insecure, aggressive, and unprofessional. If you or someone you care about is going through a legal process, it's generally a very painful time, and having a lawyer lash out in these ways really adds to the stress of that. I would highly recommend finding a lawyer who can treat others in a professional manner, or at least with a kind mentality.

Barry went above and beyond in so many ways. As his client, I was expecting professionalism and efficiency - both of which he executed flawlessly. What I was not expecting was how well he not only managed my expectations of my case, but the extent to which he made me feel heard, believed in my innocence and how understanding he was of the mental health impact that my situation was having on me. He provided me with the perfect amount of urgency in getting on top of the matter while also providing a sense of calm to keep me level-headed. My case was immediately dismissed at pre-trial - all thanks to the level of attention to detail and the clarity in which he presented my case to the DA. I cannot recommend his services enough & am so thankful for all the work he did to return my life back to normal.

These guys are fantastic, very respectful, resourceful and most importantly successful. I will be recommending all of my friends and family to this team.

Stick with someone who charges a flat rate

I had a great experience working with Barry. He’s very professional and took the time to explain the process of getting my gun rights back (which he was able to accomplish). I would definitely work with him again and would highly recommend him.

Mr.Castle is and excellent Attorney, he's represented me twice in very critical criminal cases.I was facing 25 years to life in prison and to be honest I was guilty. Never the less Mr.Castle worked hard on my case and fought relentlessly on my behalf. He was prepared to go all the way to trail if necessary but secured me a life saving pleabargan of 2 to 6 years instead. After being released form prison for over 20 years I never thought I'd need Mr.Castle's services again. Never the less I was caught up in the judicial system again. After my arraignment I knew I needed an Attorney I could trust. I was facing 10 years on trumped up charges and this time I was innocent. To make a long story short Mr.Castle got on the case and got it dismissed. I am truly grateful for Mr.Castle and his team not only do I recommend him as an Attorney but I also trust him as an Attorney.

This is my first negative google review to ever write. I post this to hopefully prevent someone from my same experience. After paying thousands of dollars, Attorney Lancaster remained chronically unresponsive to my outreaches regarding the status of my case not responding to any emails or phone calls for more than 30 days. In an email, Attorney Lancaster incorrectly interrupted the law regarding my case leading me to actions regarding my case to my own detriment. In the review of my case with multiple attorneys since, Attorney Lancaster charges exorbitantly more than many with the same qualifications and level of experience. I encourage someone in need of representation to look elsewhere for an attorney who charges a flat rate fee, who will take the time to interrupt the law accurately and respond to your questions regarding your case.

Barry Lancaster is one of a kind! The absolute best in this business. He accepted our case and worked endlessly until our charges were completely dropped. He kept me in the loop at every milestone and court date. 10/10 would recommend for your case!!!
