I reached out to Josh for help with an off market real estate acquisition, more specifically drafting and negotiating the contract. The seller was a foreign investor and his lawyer was clearly not a real estate attorney. Josh was incredibly knowledgeable, regularly available, had great communication skills and offered a wealth of information, explaining clauses and/or issues in plain english terms. He also worked with the non-real estate attorney to address his / the seller's issues, pushing back on the many non-standard requests for changes to the contract.
