Being arrested for a crime that I didn’t commit, I felt robbed by the justice system. Going through the emotional roller coaster of trial and fighting for real justice couldn’t have been possible with, what I believe, any other lawyer or public defense attorney. I am very happy with Gregory Mitchell having my back 100%, being an anchor, staying professional and staying focused on the important points of the case. His head strong attitude along with understanding of my type of case built my trust in his methods. Ultimately it led to a dismissed case. I can not express with words the gratitude I have for this law firm! Thank you guys so much!

I was charged with a DUI and retained the Mitchell Law Firm. This is a very anxiety provoking process. Tiffeni immediately calmed me down by explaining how everything was going to work and let me know I was in great hands with Mr. Mitchell. Mr. Mitchell ‘s team kept me informed of all pertinent findings as the case progressed. In my case Mr. Mitchell went above and beyond by consulting with a medical toxicologist which basically kept my case from going to court. Mr. Mitchell got my charges reduced from a DUI to a DWAI. Mr. Mitchell is extremely knowledgeable about DUI law. He is also compassionate and cares about his clients. I truly felt well represented. I highly recommend the Mitchell Law Firm.

I contacted Mr. Cabral immediately after getting my ticket. The ticket said it was a misdemeanor traffic violation and I didn't want a chance to go to jail or the stress of having to deal with this on my own. Mr. Cabral worked on my case right from the beginning and kept in contact with me with each step. The ticket was written incorrectly so no one was going to take responsibility at the clerks office to determine which way to interpret the ticket. Mr. Cabral must have visited my case at least 5 times or more before meeting me. He was very professional and approachable. The $500 I paid was well worth the trauma and stress I didn't have to go through.

This firm is not one that I would recommend. The sentence I got was the same as many others who didn't even have an attorney representing them. It seems to be the standard for a second offense. Although Mr. Mitchell was very nice, he did not fight hard enough. We got an offer that would have been a lesser sentence from one prosecutor, but he wanted to keep pushing to the point where they finally said no and reverted back to the original charge and sentence. I would not recommend Mr. Mitchell.

Nothing to complain about what so ever. I received a DUI and Trent himself has been nothing but fantastic and I couldn’t be happier with my decision on asking him for representation. Throughout the process he’s kept me fully informed on what’s going on with my case without beating around the bush. I definitely have more of a peace of mind knowing that he has been backing me. I would fully recommend his firm to anyone who has had the unfortunate luck I have had.

Greg took care of me! I lost my license in 2015 due to lousy traffic tickets. He did everything he could, ended up getting me reinstated. He even handled a ticket I had pending in the city of Northglenn on his own dime! If I ever run into issues again, it’s a no brainer on who will represent me. Thank you.
