I called today to get assistance. I had someone reach out and provide me this company’s number. The young lady expressed that the person that could assistance me was not available. I explained that if I gave my number I most likely wouldn’t answer because I have like 20 people calling my phone a day. I started saying well thank you for your time maybe ….. I didn’t get to complete the sentence and she has already disconnect the call. I was going to finish with maybe I can provide my email for now. This firm has a great rating and I sure that my experience is unique and probably doesn’t happen often but I wrote this to say instead of just hanging up maybe listen to someone.

Not a horrific accident, but enough for my entire rear and front end of the car to be rebuilt, and to have minor but lingering medical issues.
