Kyle McFarlane is a thoughtful, well-prepared, compassionate attorney who cares about clients and their children. Kyle and the Bam Fam team are professionals with grit. Pink is the new power suit. The firm gives an excellent consultation which is essentially “sales”. Unfortunately sales and marketing doesn’t work long term for their clients. Would recommend if you have an emergency hearing or preventative measures but not for a complex case which has been ongoing for years.

From the very first time I met with Heather Broxterman and her team, I knew right away I was in great hands. It was my first time ever having to testify in my defense and Heather made me feel like I was not alone. I highly recommend using Heather for outside counsel when dealing with family matters. Kyle helped me with 2 family law cases that I have was involved with. Both were high conflict and extremely stressful. Kyle & her team were amazing every step of the way. The entire team at BAM Family Law is top caliber! I continue to benefit from the expertise and diligence of many team members. After interviewing 4-5 different firms I decided on Kyle as my attorney and she guided me every step of the way through what was the most difficult experience in my life. It took over a year to prepare for the trial and she introduced other team members to assist with the process. Within the first 15 minutes of the trial it was apparent that Kyle and Allison were much more prepared and that we had a superior strategy. I met Kyle and her team during what felt like the darkest time of my life. My world had been flipped upside down and I was scared, confused and didn't know where to start. Kyle was the sixth attorney I met and immediately I felt at ease with her demeanor and knowledge - instantly it felt as if I had a team of people fighting on my behalf. At the end of that meeting she asked me to send her a picture of my daughter, so ‘she knew who she was fighting for’ and three years in she continues to fight for my daughter and I. Kyle doesn't waste time on frivolous things or conversations beyond our control and I love that about her. She's respectful of my time and money and keeps our communications on task. In learning my story, she has always treated me with the utmost dignity and respect and above all never questioned what I had been through. Having someone who not only believed me but had fought for women like me made my fight feel manageable and gave me hope. She partnered with experts that shared her knowledge and concern for my case giving us a large toolbox for which to fight with. Her creativity on complex issues combined with her knowledge of the law is impressive to say the least. She is incredibly articulate and organized and carries herself professionally yet fights like a shark when needed. So much of the divorce process feels unfair and outright wrong and while sympathetic, Kyle can’t change that, she gives her all to fighting to protect her clients be it custody, assets or even their dignity. Over the last three years Kyle and her team have felt more like family as we have celebrated wins and defeats together. I have and will continue to recommend Kyle and her team to anyone facing family court. I wish I didn’t need a team of lawyers but I will be forever grateful for finding Kyle who has been such a light through a very dark process.
