Kyle and her team are very knowledgable, and some of the best attorneys in Denver. They are very experienced and prepared for trial, I could not recommend them enough! I have referred friends going through a separation, and Fam Bam Law helped them get 50/50 custody. I’ve retained Heather and Kyle at BAM FAM Law for more than 7 years now. If your children are your priority and intentions genuine, these are the best attorneys you can hire. They will help you navigate the obstacle course of divorce: what you think it should be and what it is are 2 different, vastly worldly outcomes. Do your part, take ownership, and listen to them. If you’re interested in ‘burn the house down’ litigation, look somewhere else. BAM FAM Law maintains the highest of ethics for their clients, the courts recognize them in that capacity and any frivolous attempts to discredit you are judicially thwarted.

I've been using BAM Family Law for the pass two years and I've only had nothing but success. Kyle and Chelsea were both incredible through my entire case. They were extremely helpful and made me feel valued and cared for throughout the process. I sometimes needed her advice on weekends via text messages and she was fast to respond. Kyle really fought hard for me. She was well prepared for court. It was inspiring watching her in court. Forever grateful to this law firm!

After working with Kyle for over a year it was apparent her only goal was to bill me. Her and her team were extremely rude constantly and made me feel uncomfortable. If your looking for an attorney that is communicative please turn away. She is rude and disrespectful along with her team. I was accused of lying and my main objective; getting visitation rights with my daughter was never a goal whatsoever. After being told week after week that she was trying to communicate with my ex wife’s attorney to get those rights she wasn’t. I was told by my ex wife’s attorney to take her to bar and that she does not deserve a dime of my money. Not what you want to here from the attorney your going against. On top of everything she could not even keep track of insurance proceeds that were supposed to be in her escrow. She was clueless as to where the funds were and that’s scary. I have all the emails to back this statement up incase anyone thinks this is a false claim. Please do not go here. I also caught her paralegal and Kyle laughing at me on the phone multiple times. I’m embarrassed and ashamed. She cost me time that could have been with my daughter. Because of her I found myself in tears because of how I was treated.

I hired Margot Alicks to represent me in my divorce, and I legitimately don't know how I would have survived the process without her and her amazing team. My ex threw every conceivable wrench in the works, and Margot was able to handle all of it like a complete pro. I know from experience that a divorce is a unique and nightmarish experience, but I also know that I am okay today only because I had Margot holding it all together for me. If you are reading this, do the rest of your life a favor and set an appointment to talk with her. Thank you so much Margot and Terry!

Heather is as unethical as it gets, she will recruit unethical bias highly untrustworthy “sources” to aid her lies. NO integrity whatsoever and she’s not very smart. She prides herself on “masterminding” false allegations and has no conscience it seems. I’m not sure how she passed the bar or completed any type of schooling because it’s Astonishing how much she relies on perjury, limited knowledge and unjust accusations. When you as a client get exposed and she’s your “lawyer” you will have paid for someone who relies on garbage tactics to pace her cases. She doesn’t care about being upright, she cares only about herself. You are going to end up in debt and less than average representation. Where is her morale? She’s absolutely Heinous and should not be practicing. The “good” reviews I highly question.

Horrible lawyer to deal with

I cannot write enough words to recommend or rave about this firm - and Kyle McFarlane specifically. I didn't know exactly what I needed - or the danger I was in - when I first called Kyle, and I am so thankful I had her in my corner. Her and her paralegal, Mark, were always the right combinations of professional, empathetic, smart and strategic. Kyle knew when to push, what to prioritize, and how to tactfully approach the tough situations. I am thankful for the advocate and fighter I had in Kyle, and hope to always have her on my team. The world, and women, REALLY needs more Kyle's!

Unfortunate circumstances brought me to Margot Alicks' legal firm. My family was breaking up and the circumstances were complicated and intense. Margot and her team were fantastic from the first call, through the last invoice. Calm, patient and thoughtful listeners - I felt heard and supported throughout a very trying time in my life. Our case required very specific expertise and nuance in the way things were handled. A potentially long and exhausting case was handled effectively and efficiently, with grace. Not exactly the best customer service.

I personally can vouch for Heather Broxterman as a person and an attorney. She risked a lot to leave her previous firm in order to help create a law firm that treats clients as individuals. She is very professional, super knowledgeable in family law and got me results in my favor while looking out for my children’s interests at the same time. I can imagine all of the attorneys here are just as good if she has partnered with them. Do yourself and all of Colorado a favor by hiring this team!
