Steven and Heather at BAM (and the rest of their stellar team) helped us resolve our custody issues quickly and efficiently. They listened to our needs and allowed us to ask questions, while always making us feel supported, heard, and well represented every step of the way. They were always realistic and ensured that we did not have any false hopes. In the end all of the motions to change parenting time and decision making were dismissed based upon the responses BAM submitted. I have worked with Margot and Kyle on two seperate occasions. They worked with me as well as my ex-husband to make amicable parenting plans while making sure my children's safety remained the highest priority. This firm has zero moral or ethical boundaries and specialize in masterminding child custody cases based upon false allegations of abuse. This is the second time I've left his review. They charged my ex-wife over $90,000 to manufacture false allegations allowing my ex-wife to take our 2 year old daughter out of state to California. They worked with Julie VanHeyningen to create a parenting plan to alienate our daugther's father from her life. The parenting plan requirements are beyond severely prejudice. It's sad and disgusting that people like this exist and earn a living by CREATING misery and pain in our community. Our daughter is now 3 years old and hasn't seen her dad in over a year or even met her paternal great grandmother who is over 80.
