We hired them based on their glowing reviews and a good experience with our initial consultation. That was a huge mistake that has cost us. We are on our 3rd attorney with this firm. Each time, we were not notified that our attorney had left/gone on leave and there was nobody handling our case. There have been numerous times when our communication to them went unanswered. We are now having issues with our application with something that they specifically advised us about. They seem to only have one or two attorneys left so they’re probably understaffed and overwhelmed. We requested to have our case partially refunded and transferred to another firm with more capacity, but they refused/kept avoiding the issue. We wish that we had taken our case elsewhere and might actually hire a second firm even if it means losing thousands of dollars.
