Mr. Berman was excellent while representing both of my complicated cases. He was attentive, responsive, courteous, kind, and explained his process in great detail. He was patient with all of my questions and addressed all of them in a timely matter. He kept me informed of what was next and consulted with me before taking action. I would recommend Mr. Berman to anyone in the Denver area, and have done just that. I was surprised to read all the negative feedback and my experience with him is the furthest from what has been written on these reviews.

David was very upfront and fair. He took care of everything fast and made an unpleasant situation much easier to deal with. I highly recommend him.

Dzen of course you would say he is an excellent attorney - you work for him. Truth is John is an incompetent rude, sexual predator. There are hundreds of attorneys in the Denver area that have not been suspended because of inappropriate actions. I have dealt with John and found him to be a complete condescending jerk that puts his needs and wants before a clients. Stay away!

I interviewed some of the top name attorneys in Denver to represent me on a very complicated DUI case. I knew immediately after sitting down with Dave that he was the man to entrust with my case. As an owner of a construction company, my truck is my office, and the possibility of losing my license and my income was very real. Dave met and exceeded my highest expectations. He either personally answered all calls, or would return the message same day. As a business owner myself, I know that is much easier said than done. I even received copies of briefs he was working on late Friday nights, in my inbox waiting for me first thing Saturday morning. Impressive to say the least. It was obvious in our courtroom dealings that he was known, well connected, and respected by the judge. I once dealt with another defense attorney in the past, and the experience was terrible. As a matter of fact, it was a complete ripoff and for a time the experience made me despise all attorneys. You don't have to ask around much to hear horror stories about lawyers. Dave was completely different, and I could tell that about him from the minute I shook his hand upon meeting him. On top of all that, he got just the ruling I needed...CASE DISMISSED!! I can't say enough good things about Dave Suro and I will be ever grateful I was lucky enough to have come across him in a time of dire need.

I hope that intelligent individuals are getting that the three repetitive reviews are, in fact, the same review posted by the same person three times over. What you should know is that Mr. Berman is an excellent attorney who has never represented the person who wrote the three reviews. The other reviews are merely a desperate attempt to lash out at Mr. Berman for being the exceptional attorney that he is.
