Horrible and unprofessional. They sent my wife numerous messages to be on time for their phone call appointment, but the attorney came onto the call almost 40 minutes late. The attorney then told my wife he only had 20 minutes with no offer to reschedule or refund the money even though she paid for the full length of the consultation. My wife sent every document related to her case prior to the appointment, but it was clear the attorney did not read any of the details. The 20 minutes was spent asking questions that the attorney should have already had the answers to. My wife made it clear to the attorney that she would not retain him due to is lack of professionalism, he then made the comment that if it wasn’t for him her a$$ would be deported. No, you did nothing special for my wife, a first year associate could have prevented my wife from being deported.

Extremely unprofessional. I paid $300 for an initial consultation, only to have him show up 40 minutes late and then inform me he only had 20 minutes for our meeting, despite receiving numerous reminders to ensure I was on time. He failed to review my case thoroughly, even though I had submitted all the necessary information in advance. He claimed he was too busy to look at it. He asked for a $9,000 retainer to help me, but given his unprofessional behavior during the first consultation, I told him I didn’t trust him and wouldn’t hire him. His literal reply was, “I saved your a$$ before from getting deported,” referring to advice he gave on another case I had.

I am very pleased and thankful with Hans and his team at the Meyer Law Office. His team is very dedicated and committed to helping people with Immigration cases. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs help with immigration! I will forever be grateful to Hans and his team as they helped me stay with my family!

Would highly recommend coming to this law office. Hans and Jackie made the process extremely easy. The staff is very friendly and easy to reach. They answered all my questions and were very helpful whether it was through phone, email or in person.
