I hired Mr Johnson to handle sealing my court record. Being out of state I didn't want to try and do this myself, boy was that a good decision! Although the law was on our side the Assitant DA was not and took a fairly easy situation and made it his life's mission not to seal my 1985 felony charge. Mr Johnson defended every argument the DA had with multiple court hearings and In the end due to the over and above efforts of Mr Johnson my 1985 felony charge was sealed and I can now live the rest of my life without explaining something that happened 30 years ago when I was just a young adult! Joshua was easy to work with. I couldn't easily come into the office to see him but he was able to help me take care of my issue via email and phone as much as possible. He got things done quickly and kept me informed every step of the way. I would recommend him to anyone needing help.

I hope you never need legal advice on a holiday weekend because it probably means that you, or someone near and dear, is in a bit of a jam, frightened, and in need of advice ASAP.. But if you're checking out Josh because, bless his soul, he's got weekend availability, believe me he is competent, thorough, prompt, and a very nice guy to boot. My wonderful but impulsive Family Member and I did not meet Josh face to face for nearly three months although he showed up twice in court on FM's behalf (who was out of country) and kept us fully apprised and up-to-date via phone calls and e-mail. He smoothed FM's way through the entire court process, all in all, saving us both from a world of worry. Frantic (client) meets knowledgable (lawyer), and this is priceless but fortunately not exorbitant. I highly recommend Josh's services.

Joshua was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond and took care of all my needs. To my surprise he even and came in lower than what he estimated. I have used lawyers in the past that no matter what, somehow used the entire retainer. Joshua updated me throughout the process, took care of all my needs, and refunded me the portion of my retainer that he did not use the same day he sent me the documents I needed. He even had a previously scheduled vacation where he worked on my file while traveling. He kept me up to date with a breakdown of the hours he did work, and let me know exactly how many hours have been billed. So happy, thanks again Joshua.
