Re: Reckless Driving, class 2 misdemeanor, 8 points David and his team are truly spectacular. After receiving a reckless driving charge without having so much as a speeding ticket in 9 years, and after much research into local traffic attorneys, of course, I decided to retain David, and the team at Denver Traffic Lawyer, LLC. David and his team were incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. David always made himself personally available to take my calls whenever I had a question, and was extraordinarily personable. Regardless of the specifics of your case, he treats you as though you are his only client throughout the entire process. He and his team got my 8 point reckless driving charge reduced to a 2 point defective vehicle violation, a reduction so large that the judge even commented upon it when reading the agreement at the pre-trial hearing. I could not have possibly asked for a better outcome. Not to mention the fact that David took the case on an excedingly reasonable flat rate. Con artist, very lazy , not splendid results.I would love the opportunity to take David’s malpractice of withholding unearned money from clients to the bar association but , he took all my money UPDATE: he’s down below calling my review phony like I don’t have anything better to do but lie to the Internet. And lastly, if your “ smart lawyer brain” You could open up to the possibility if I still paid for your services for somebody else and you charged FULL PRICE for a ticket that wasn’t even a valid ticket after calling the courts and u did ZERO work on.
