Matt is a thorough and knowledgeable attorney regarding HOA matters. Very informative regarding the step by step process required to achieve the desired resolution. Clearly ready to take the next step if needed. Highly recommended for HOA matters as well as his other areas of expertise. Will use him again if I ever need him.

I have come in contact with many attorneys and I am often not impressed and surprised by the lack of knowledge and understanding of the law most attorneys have. Very few lawyers are on point with the law and how it specifically relates to your case. Not Keith. I am so impressed with his knowledge and understanding of the law. HE GETS IT, he just gets it. I've been hearing whispers about this boy genius and the professionalism of his law firm- and, let me tell you, they are true! (I don't know any other attorneys under the age of 40 that have written 2 legislative bills- do you?) It is so refreshing to see an attorney be so incredibly smart and also use his intelligence to help people, instead of being greedy. Yes, I am biased! But you will be too if you use this firm! My case is still ongoing, and I don't want to jinx the outcome, but so far, I'm just super impressed and ridiculously happy with the results. I will update this post at the resolution of my case. I am also going to review Matt Dall, the other attorney at Gantenbein Law Firm, that has been working with Keith on this case- he is amazing, too! Thank you guys for not judging my circumstances but just working so hard to help the average person!

This lawyer his law firm his associates his entire staff are there for you. If you have been taken advantage of lied too and led down the path of miss trust. This is the firm for you. I was hours away from loosing the ability to just fight for my family home just months after my father had passed. He had been trying for nine months to get a refinance. I found this firm as my last resort I was heart broken disillusion and just down right defeated. Keith personally called me late that evening after I had spoken with his lovely warm receptionist. I was frantic he explained in terms I could understand what needed to be done and we were not out of time. That night he set wheels in motion and proceed to complete it by midnight the next day which was my dead line. Him his amazing staff in a short month and half time have gotten me a refinance. Yes he saved my home and got me in a payment I can afford. Yes I am beyond grateful and thankful for everyone they fight for you the owner. Not the banks not the lenders but you the person who has gone into foreclosure not by choice. They give you back your dignity your respect but most of all your peace of mind. They are for you your family your rights as a homeowner. If you need help this firm is who you need. They will even get your money back if you have paid other people who have done nothing but take you deeper in despair. Don't wait another second make another useless call. Had a mortgage problem no one could handle or knew anything about. Finally another attorney suggested Keith would be the one who is the most knowledgable - Keith was the 'go-to' guy. Keith had just help draft two major legislative bills that the governor signed into law. Those bills help homeowners fight these massive bank and lender issues. After fighting for nearly two years with a major lender, thankfully, after retaining Keith, everything is in order and it didn't take a long time (they don't drag things out). I like the way this law firm handles cases and people. Like them so much, this law firm is handling my tax issues, setting up trusts and some other real estate areas. Very happy and am recommending Keith to all my business friends and associates as well as my family.

After waiting 4 years for a loan mod worth accepting, we decided to hire Keith to help us settle this once and for all. We applied for a loan mod for the LAST time (with no expectations). We were approved within 2 weeks, and got the terms were asking for and then some (2% fixed for 21-years--not starting over at 30 years, 22K principle reduction, and a monthly amount we could afford)! New laws are finally in place that require banks to work with homeowners. We felt assured this was a good offer after having Keith and his associates review it thoroughly. Keith is hands-down the best attorney I have ever had. I used Mr. Gantenbein for a real estate issue and not only won my case, but did so for a really good price. He was very considerate of my finances. Keith is not like other attorneys and I mean that in the best way: there is NO sleazy lawyer, fee-padding or excessive billing here. Very refreshing. I wish more attorneys would practice this way! Because of the favorable outcome of my first case, I went back to his firm for my other legal issues and the same was true for his associates. At our first and only meeting, Mr. Gantenbein, Jr. asked me what I wanted to happen regarding my case. He honestly told me that I might be able to stay in my home for awhile and that I might be served with foreclosure notice at any time. I was served shortly thereafter and several court dates were scheduled. He was always on top of these proceedings (dates) and I was notified of same. The only thing I would note is to possibly talk with clients more often versus email. The team does good work!
