I believe Keith started out on the wrong side of the foreclosure fence and didn't like what he saw there. He now defends people in foreclosure situations and believes in what he is doing. Keith and I have only spent a couple hours in the same room discussing my foreclosure issues but we've exchanged a great number of e-mails concerning foreclosure cases in general and my issues as well. I have not spoken with another Attorney of any age or experience that I felt comfortabe with besides Keith and believe me I have spoken to many a so called expert over the last seven years concerning my foreclosure and property issues. If you need help, legal help, I'd recommend a sit down with Keith for a consultation and then you decide.

Our home was in foreclosure and I didn't think anything could be done to help but decided to go for Mr. Gantenbein's one-hour consultation. I brought all my papers and was told this hour he'd go over all my options and answer questions (I wrote down over 20 questions and he answered every one). Mr. Gantenbein did find something - there WAS something in our foreclosure he could do. Our other attorney we had consulted with told us it was too late -nothing could be done. Thanks to Mr. Gantenbein, he saved our home and helped us get a great modification. Our family will always be grateful. We shudder when we think we could have lost everything (almost 15 years we've lived in our house) and are so thankful - he's extremely knowledgable.

Not much provided for the 1 hour $200 consultation fee. When I provided initial information regarding my situation I was informed, "It appears you may have some claims, but that is what the initial consultation is for." After meeting with Mr. Gantenbein, and providing more information in my case, I was never provided any credible explanation of whether or not I had a claim. He offered to send a letter to the opposing attorney's for another $250. When I questioned what services he provided for the initial $200 consultaion fee, he reluctantly wrote a letter (without charging $250), but made it clear in the letter, his representation of me as a client was limited. I had to track down the attorney's and get a name and address of the Bank's representative. Apparently, the opposing attorneys closed their files and only worked through the Bank's website. The letter written by Mr. Gantenbein went no where. Mr. Gantenbein sent me an enail, stating he was not representing me further, no explanation. Even when I inquired if I had a legitimate legal case, he did not respond. I am sorry if I hurt his feelings, but the damages my family and I suffered by the irresponsibility and misrepresentation of my Bank are extreme. I question Mr. Gantenbein's dedication to his profession or his clients. I offer this advice, look elsewhere for legal representation.

I initially met with Mr.Gantenbein for a consultation about two months ago. I have been fighting what I feel has been a fraudulent foreclosure for the past 16 months on my own, but was feeling a bit lost and unsure of the options that I may have. I have contacted several attorneys throughout this time span, but have found it difficult to find one that "gets it", or has experience in this area. It was a bit discouraging, (although also somewhat humorous), when an attorney that I had once called, interrupted my explanation to inform me that he represented the bank that had foreclosed on my house . I felt as though Mr. Gantenbein was heaven sent when I ran across his name and saw the area of law that he practiced, along with his experience. I instantly felt comfortable discussing my situation with Mr. Gantenbein, and felt he was a down to earth person and caring while also maintaining a great sense of professionalism and honesty with me regarding Colorado law. I continued to fight the fight after meeting with Mr. Gantenbein, but after days of research and struggling with my next step, thankfully, Keith was gracious enough to see me again and fit me in his busy schedule on a relatively short notice. He was able to clarify a number of issues and tasks that I was having great difficulty discerning. I definitely have a renewed respect for this career choice and know that if it weren't for his assistance and guidance with this matter, I would not have been able to continue my battle. I have not as yet had the opportunity to see Mr. Gantenbein in the courtroom, but if I do progress to litigation with representation, he's definitely the one I would choose.

Mr. Gantenbein is helping with a foreclosure and mortgage fraud where I was targeted by unlicensed loan originators/lenders for the equity I had in my long time primary residence. He's straightforward, knowledgeable and honorable. It's refreshing to work with a good attorney seeking justice.

I thought we'd lose our home. Mr. Gantenbein used to work for the largest foreclosure firm in Colorado. Now, he's in private practice and HELPING people with their foreclosures. He knows all the ins and outs. He also helped out with some bankruptcy issues.
