Nancy has helped me on several occasions involving my estate and my mother's estate plus contracts for my consulting and real estate businesses. Nancy was knowledgeable and responsive, helping me in my home state of Colorado but also finding and coordinating other out-of-state attorneys.

I have worked with Nancy several times and have always been surprised by not only the quality of work but the personal attention provided. I have never had an unanswered phone call or email and all of my questions and concerns have always been answered. She has always gone the extra mile when working on my projects and I will always use her in the future.

In short, I would describe Nancy as a compassionate, evolved soul that is trapped in an Estate Planning Attorney's body!! Planning for one's inevitable death, can be a anxiety producing process but with Nancy at the helm that is much less likely. I felt "at home" with her right away and knew that the process would be much easier with her on my team. She prepared all the documents exactly as I needed in a timely, professional manner. I already had a previous pour over will, Living Trust and Health Care documents prepared 13 years by another attorney in California. Nancy not only redid all of the documents but also made available additional options and suggestions that my other attorney did not offer. Before I met with Nancy, I would never thought that at the very end of the process that I would say to myself, "that was actually a pleasure and I enjoyed the process". I could not Nancy recommend Nancy higher as an attorney or as a human being.

Nancy is very supportive and intelligent. She is always available to answer my questions. I would use Nancy again and refer my friends to her anytime.
