Jake and Emily really fought for me to get the best settlement out of court that I could get. When I say fought, I mean they really fought. They went back and forth with the liable insurance company several times which yielded tangible results. I’ll always be grateful to them for that.

I wanted to thank the amazing Autumn and Susie for all of your professionalism, expertise, compassion, care, and results! They got me a beautiful, hard-fought check. From start to finish, these two were A+. If I were just reviewing Autumn and Susie, that would be an easy 5 stars. But unfortunately, I had to deal with Jake Galperin. In addition to my October 4th, 2022 accident, where I was hit and run by a drunk driver, I had another accident on March 9, 2023, where I was at fault. I felt horrible about this, as I am a 5-star rideshare driver with an excellent driving record. It was a huge blow to my trauma-recovery and self-worth, and I needed support to just deal with it and move forward. Thankfully, everyone made it out safely, but I was sore and bruised pretty badly. I'd never had an airbag deploy before, and I was knocked from one side of the car to the other. I called Galperin Legal on March 10, the day after my accident, and Autumn was not available. Hearing that I needed serious support, Susie transferred me to Jake, reasonably assuming he would be helpful. Jake got on the phone and began yelling, screaming, and berating me. I froze and broke down crying. Completely unfazed, Jake continued to humiliate and degrade me for getting into the accident, screaming that it would jeopardize my previous accident check (as well as his). I believe I was in double-shock; both from my accident and then Jake Galperin's completely uncalled for verbal and psychological assault. As I had disclosed to Autumn, I am a Survivor of sexual assault and domestic violence, and Jake Galperin's behavior that day was no different than my abusive ex-partners. His behavior was completely unprofessional, unacceptable, sexist, misogynistic, and full of hate. I will never forget that experience for the rest of my life, and it is my hope and prayer that by speaking up and out, I may prevent it from happening to someone else. I will NEVER allow myself to be intimidated or humiliated again, like was done by Jake Galperin on March 10th, 2023. For my own safety, I must add that Jake Galperin is not to ever personally contact or speak to me again, or I will immediately notify the police. If that's how unhinged he becomes from me having an accident—and his profession is personal injury—I can only imagine how he behaves when held to account, but I doubt it's a healthy, well-regulated response. My question to response is: if my review is untrue and offensive, then what actually happened that day? How or what am I getting wrong about our conversation? Do you find yelling and screaming at clients, not offensive? If I got it wrong, please feel free to explain that in Google Review response. I desperately want to understand what happened and what made you so angry. Having daughters unfortunately does not make one immune to being abusive. If it did, we would have the abuse problem practically solved. The most interesting part of the story is that my March accident didn't end up impacting my October accident check one bit; Autumn was crystal clear with me on that. So Jake Galperin's psychological and verbal assault upon me was completely unnecessary —and this kind of behavior is always unacceptable, whether seemingly justified or not. What I did learn from this experience, is that folks who have histories of domestic violence have to be very careful, because other abusive people pick up on that and the second they have the opportunity, will berate us into tears and get off on doing so. They shouldn't have this kind of power over us or anybody; it is such a blatant abuse of power. With the recent passage of historic legislation, such as The Child and Adult Survivor Acts in NY, victims of sexual assault are getting their voices and dignity back, as wealthy and powerful abusive men/others are losing their business and public support. It's about time. The tide is turning, and I can only hope it will be a matter of time before it trickles down to all forms of abuse. Gosh, where do I start? From the moment I was in the hands of Galperin & Associates I knew I was in good hands. I spoke with Jake about what my concerns were with my pain and ptsd from my car accident as well as the incident that occurred. From start to finish I couldn’t have chosen a better group of people to have standing right beside me! Jake told me he had a few doctors he would recommend me to see because I had no idea where to even start with that whole process. Jake, told me not to worry they were going to take complete care of me and him and his staff did just that. Every doctor he recommended called me personally within an hour of leaving his office. They all told me if I needed anything to feel free to contact them directly. I haven’t been taken care of so well by any doctor since my primary back in my home state which was 17 years ago. They showed me so much compassion and taught me so much about myself it was an amazing experience the knowledge they have and the willingness to share that information was comforting. One of the doctor’s offered to come in on his day off to help me get out of pain. So If your thinking if you should go with Galperin & Associates there would be no other option in my personal opinion i’d choose them every time. I’ve even recommended some of my family and friends to them. They want what’s best for you and they’ll go above, and beyond to show that your worth fighting for. Kristen was my case manager she stayed in constant contact with me even when I wouldn’t answer her calls, she would make sure that she got a hold of me to let me know what was going on and to see how I was doing. She wanted to see how my pain levels were and really cared about me making a full recovery. So thank you I really appreciate you taking the time to make sure you got ahold of me.
