We were hit by an uninsured motorist and Aaron Cooper worked hard to get us what we needed to not only get our treatment but also got us the maximum of what was owed to us. We definitely could not have done this on our own and are so thankful we hired a lawyer! We had a pleasant experience and didn’t have to deal with the insurance company or any of the medical bills, Galperin and Associates did everything for us from the moment we hired them. They made sure to check in with us and let us know what was going on with our case so we didn’t have to wonder. They fought hard to get us a settlement and they did it in just under one year. To say I've had a battle would be putting things mildly. After several attorneys (including pro se) and tens of thousands of dollars with little to no results, I finally had someone in my corner that understood more than just the law. Halleh shot it to me straight, in terms that made sense and did everything she could to work within my financial constraints. Dealing with an Allocation of Parental Responsibilities (APR) case with my ex was one of the most trying and difficult times in my life. Halleh Omidi and her team were there for me every step of the way. My ex leveled numerous personal attacks and fabricated lots of wild allegations in order to limit my decision making rights and time with my kids. She also wanted an unfair amount of child support. Halleh patiently and skillfully countered each threat.
