I am an attorney in my own right, but I don't have any experience with employment law and my wife needed representation on the heels of a wrongful termination. Elwyn walked us through the process from filing an unemployment claim, to complaint, to settlement. He responded to our questions quickly and I think he genuinely cared about my wife's well-being. We reached settlement, which was the right outcome for us, in light of the circumstances. Opposing counsel worked for a gigantic global law firm and they had all of the resources to show for it; still this did not phase Elwyn. I hope to never need his services again, but if I did, or if any of my friends needed him, I would not hesitate to hire him again.
