She took the time to ask the right questions to understand our situation, she was patient with all of our questions, and worked with us to get everything fully executed even though the pandemic made the actual signing of all the documents more challenging. Suzie was great to work with. She was so patient and understanding with us. While she says we were a pleasure to work with, I'm not sure that's completely true. Being busy and distracted during this difficult year, we drew this process out far longer than we should have. Nevertheless, Suzie was always patient and understanding. We made things harder than they had to be, forcing her to work in little spirts here and there, when we found the time to provide with the information she needed to complete our wills. Yet she stuck to the task like a real pro and we're very happy with the final product.

We have known Suzie Tiftickjian for years and have discussed the process of completing our Wills and Estate Planning documents with her, but finally actually did it this year. It feels so reassuring to have these important legal planning documents in place. Suzie answered every question we had, helped us understand Colorado estate laws, as well as other state laws should we ever move, and how we can change these documents over time as our children reach certain ages. The white board in our kitchen displayed the word WILL ! (all caps) for several years. My wife and I put it there as a reminder that we needed to plan for the inevitable, but we never got around to it until July 2020.
