Fred Dunsing and his professional staff have exceeded our expectations regarding what could have been a lengthy custody issue. The entire process took us, the grandparents, five months to resolve our legal representation. His firm did not abuse our time or money; they followed all legal procedures and we met only with Mr. Dunsing twice and once at court in front of the judge. The firm made it less stressful for us and we won our case with flying colors. Mr. Dunsing and his staff are very straightforward, no-nonsense, and thoughtful. We were more than fortunate to have found such a successful and forthright firm to represent us in such a sensitive case, as custodial rights can be difficult to achieve. He made it happen and we feel blessed and relieved. We have hired many different types of attorneys for many issues, in the past, however, none were as professional and understanding as Mr. Dunsing and his staff. They were on top of our needs. Fred refuse to tell the judge about domestic violence, which affected everything negative for me. Fred is weak minded and not a good advocate.
