Now if they rate me I'd probably be a zero star i called so angry after talking with 50ish different lawyers that wouldn't take the case granted they also couldn't take my case but instead of brushing me off because i only had property damage to my vehicle since i was not injured in my auto accident he calmly talked me through everything have me information i could actually use i will be using them in the future if i need them. Thank you even after i was mean to you that didn't stop you from helping me. Thank you for caring Jordan McAdams i do appreciate every moment you took for me.

They don't communicate with you; like they should during the process. Calls don't get returned after you leave several messages. I was told my case was ready to settle almost 3 months ago and still haven't received any type of update or anything from my attorney. 3 more months and it will be an entire year; but was told initially that it would be settled in 4 to 6 months. I wouldn't recommend them, if you like to communicate with the team that is working for you. Several messages has not been returned. After you sign on the dotted line: they stop reaching out until they need something from you.

Carl and Logan were absolutely amazing to work with! They explained the process well and answered all my many questions. We were able to close my case in about 6 months and it was a surprisingly smooth process. I never felt I was left in the dark and felt comfortable calling or emailing if I had any concerns. I hope I'm never in this position again, but I'm glad I had this team supporting me through this time. Thanks again!
