Just reach out to Ces for a better communication route and quick responses. Sometimes directly contacting your lawyer might be a bit frustrating and time consuming.

I have been working with Tony Tracy & Stephanie Smilie with McDivitt Law since February 2022. Here is my story.... I was 48 years old at the time and was heading home from some errands, two trucks perpendicularly collided in on coming traffic and came into my lane hitting me head on. My life was never the same. I have had multiple procedures, been in a wheel chair, used a cane for over a year, and had two major surgeries. Tony and Stephanie, were there every moment to support me and handle everything so that I could focus on recovering, healing, and being mindful of my body. I am now almost 50 years old, and have a full hip replacement. I can walk, hike, ride a bike again, play with my kids, and live my life. I am forever GRATEFUL! Tony and Stephanie were always supportive, responsive, kind, and professional in helping me through this enormous life trial. It changed my life, and I am better than ever, and on the other side. I will always recommend this amazing team to anyone dealing with an accident, no matter how small. Our bodies are more fragile than we realize, and we only have one... I want to give a special shout out to Miss Ana Galvan. Ana, you are so kind and generous with your time, and show deep compassion, you are truly a great part of the team and family at McDivitt. I appreciate all the work McDivitt has put into my case. Janeice and Carl were very kind and professional. I wish there was a little more communication throughout the process as I had to reach out on a couple occasions to receive an update (specifically after going months without any word) but overall the process was seamless as I understand things take time.
