This is the first time I've had an attorney and I gotta say I'm not at all dissatisfied. Jay and his team are not only knowledgeable, they are compassionate and genuine. Plus, they don't seem to give me lip service which I respect. Highly recommend

I was terrified after being charged with my second DUI! I couldn't have asked for a better law firm to represent my daughter for a DUI . The charges against her were pretty severe with a high BAC and a hit and run. We thought for sure there would be jail time . Travis Zeigler from the moment I spoke with him was very professional and knowledgeable and had us feeling at ease during such a difficult time . She had no idea of the laws in Colorado being she just moved there from California . Travis did such an excellent job keeping us updated throughout the whole process always with detailed emails and phone calls . Taking extra time to let me also know what was going too which I really appreciate since I was out of state. In the end the outcome was a much better result than it could've been with no jail time. It definitely was money well spent ! We were so grateful for all the hard work Travis and his team put into the case . Travis went far and beyond and he was even able to get my daughter back home to California which was also a very difficult task. Jay and his team were amazing. Being in a situation where you need a lawyer can be scary and often times very stressful. Jay and his team made everything much less stressful. They were always there to answer any questions that came up no matter how trivial they were. Jay and his team always showed the highest level of professionalism as well as showing a level of caring that can not be understated. You can really tell that Jay and his team care about their clients and want the best for them and will get the best outcome for their clients. Last year, I found myself in the unfortunate situation of needing an experienced DUI/DWAI attorney. I honestly did not know that the actual legal limit in CO is .05, not .08, and I was charged with DWAI. DWAI is a less serious offense than a DUI, but still comes with extensive penalties if one is convicted. The incident occurred in Jefferson County, and when I spoke to Travis initially, he told me that he’s known as ‘The JeffCo guy’, and was very familiar with county procedures/nuances. I consulted with 4 different law firms, and decided to retain Tiftickjian Law Firm. I had never been through this, nor have I ever been charged with any other serious offense. I was stressed and scared, but Travis helped calm my nerves and provided great information. For a non-aggravated case (no accident/injuries/fatalities), and a low BAC level, it seemed to drag on, but Travis communicated, from the very beginning, that it wouldn’t be a quick process, and even stated, 'When cases are not settled quickly, it can be a good thing.’ This proved to be true, as did all other statements Travis made during the 8 month process. There were no surprises, no promises made, just experienced counsel and recommendations coming from a genuinely nice guy. The DA finally offered something better than a plea to the actual charge 2 days before the day of trial. Although it was a charge that I struggled with pleading guilty to because I was not doing what that charge stated, after talking with Travis for an hour, after normal office hours, I weighed my options heavily, weighed our defense vs. the DA’s case, and decided to take the plea deal. The plea came with only two conditions (there could have been 4), but on the morning of court, only one condition was stated, and, because of Travis’ recommendation a few months prior, I'm very close to completing the requirement. If there is one thing that I think could be improved slightly, it’s communication in between court appearances. I feel I had to initiate contact with Travis a little more than I should have re: status, but I also must say that when we spoke, he never rushed me, and made sure my questions/concerns were answered. All in all, I am very happy with his representation, and I would highly recommend Travis and Tiftickjian Law Firm.

Called for some information and to hire an attorney. I got honest, valuable advice from their office even though it meant I did not need to hire a lawyer to clear up some license issues. Super helpful. Saved me $500 another attorney wanted just to tell me if I had a case or not.

Not happy with representation and would not recommend. High fees, cookie cutter representation, and an ego the size of Everest.
