Jonathan Blasewitz is literally the best attorney I’ve ever dealt with. From our first conversation all the way to the very successful completion of my case he was brilliantly accurate, honest, and knowledgeable. Even in his execution of all the necessary docs and motions I was impressed! As a matter of fact prior to finding Jonathan I hired and fired one lawyer and spoke to several. And out of everyone I spoke with Jonathan was the most knowledgeable and when he was unsure about something he didn’t guess or tell me what I wanted to hear like some of the others I dealt with. He said “I’ll look at that and get back to you” which is the response I want from anyone I’m trusting my freedom with when they don’t know specifically something right off the top. Anyway and also when he would get back to me it was hours not days or weeks like most other lawyers. Bottom line I will never hire any lawyer except Jonathan and I suggest you do the same! He successfully resolved my case and I actually owe him whatever the future holds for me. He helped me begin the first day of the rest of my life unlike I believe most lawyers could have done. Jonathan Blasewitz really went the extra mile for me. He definitely got the best possible outcome on my case and he guided me through the entire process, let me know everything that I needed to do (which I would not have been able to figure out myself), and he always responded to every question I had immediately. La verdad esta firma tuvo 2 casos mios de accidente de trabajo y auto. despues de un año decidió tirar el caso del accidnete de trabajo y dejarme botado a medio tratamiento .Con las terribles consecuencias que nadie acepta un caso que un abogado después de un año decide no representarte más... si logre contratar un abogado y se termino todo bien. Pero ahí me enteré de otras cosas donde esta firma no fue muy honesta en el accidente de auto.

Shyster- Dupe my mother into a trust at church and then proceeded to milk her through her death. Mr. Scheffel & co prepared an assignment of an insurance policy in '90s; added a will and trust in 2000s; updated them in 2010s, when the trust was no longer required- no real property; then charged over $5k because the insurance policy was not in the trust, had to be added to the trust- adding unintended beneficiaries, which require an extensive agreement! Negligent, yet pleaded ignorance to the existence of the policy, which they drafted and endorsed. We are waiting to see what the CO review board has to say.

Kyle was so helpful when I had a professional question regarding mandatory reporting. He was a fantastic listener and extremely knowledgeable about the laws. He explained his perspective and the law to me in a way that made sense. His guidance brought me great relief and gave me the direction I needed. Would definitely recommend this Kyle and this legal group to anyone needing assistance!
