Choosing the right law firm to represent me and my work comp case was very time consuming, it took alot of research and consisted of alot of interviews. Selecting Amy G as my law firm to represent me and my work comp case came from family and friends who reccomend their law firm. As I was interviewing those recommend law firms and others that I found on my own, I selected Amy G. The receptionist that I initially talked with was name Velma or Priscilla who answered the phone with great manners and customer service. As I asked my initial questions they were patient, understanding and listened inventively so they could get me to the correct paralegal. Sherri was who I was transferred to she answered my questions and encouraged me to set up a face to face meeting. Right before I set up a face to face meeting I let Sherri know the process of selecting a attorney has been very stressful, and the receptionist Velma or Priscilla and Sherri were making me feel very at ease. Once coming to Amy G's office for the face to face interview and seeing how the receptionist, and Sherri treated me with dignity and respect I knew I was in the right place and Amg G was going to be my legal representation. Sherri introduced me to my attorney Clark, and they both assured me that they would love to represent me and my wife. Through the whole process of Amy G representing me Sherri was very attentive, organized, punctual, and detailed orientated. She kept in contact with me on a regular couple of days basis, via email, phone calls and U.S. mail. Clark and Sherri was assigned to my husband's work comp case. Clark was our attorney and Sherri was our paralegal. The work comp process is long and drawn out, Clark and Sherri made the process bearable for my husband and I. We want to Thank Clark, Sherri, Velma, Priscilla and all Amy G staff for their hard work and dedication to our case. We appreciate you all!! May The Lord God Our Creator Bless You All.

Very dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism, false promises, and lack of communication. I had high hopes as they made lots of promising to get my business but then fell short of everything. Very disappointed. Dealing with a serious case and to have lawyers who don’t care or think their time is more valuable than their clients is extremely sad.

Avoid at all costs! Hiring this law firm is hiring a middleman that sides with the insurance company. They were eager to settle for a low settlement. After negotiating with them I was able to increase that settlement by over 50%. They will not fight for your case. There is no communication. If you want any information you have to continually check-in. Very rare to receive updates on your case without first asking. This law firm claims to handle your medical bills. However, I had to manage a bill for one of my providers and received a call about another bill going to collections. Yes, they were aware of the bill. Don't expect for them to keep track of medical bills either. I clarified with the law firm the outstanding medical bills to make an educated decision for accepting the settlement. Found out later that the outstanding medical bills were almost three times as much. Be careful who you hire! Colorado law makes it challenging to change law firms. I inquired about hiring another law firm however they were unable to accept due to the complexities of changing law firms.

Thanks to Amy G Law Firm for taking care of our case. They took their time and effort to get us everything that we needed. I totally recommend them for being so professional and nice.
