Paul completely understood our legal situation which involved a bridge loan, and had an associated promissory note, a deed of trust and a borrower's guaranty, all three legal documents were originally drafted by the borrower. Paul provided significant betterments/protections and sagely substituted the Colorado Real Estate Commission form for the deed of trust. He instills confidence, explains issues in layman terms and guided us to a timely and successful closing. He is highly recommended.
