had to fire him in court when he told me i couldn't win. the judge was nice and allowed it... i defended myself with zero law knowledge and won. i had to demand he return my money he shakes a lot too

Mr. Smith is very wise and experienced in law. He helped make the process of defending charges and the whole court process less stressful. I initially contacted him on my case and he gave great advise. I had also been contacting several other attorneys because I was scared of the charges and trying to make the right decision but I made the mistake of hiring a different attorney that didnt do any thorough research or investigations into the case, and was leaning towards a plea and even suggested I say things that were not true. Also charged me a ton of money. It all resulted in me looking elsewhere. It was a blessing that I had found Mr Smith initially, and I always I knew I should should had hired him after the 1st time I spoke with him. He was diligent on his work for my case and did everything the other attorney didn't and was successful with best outcome possible. I couldn't recomend him more highly. Mr. Smith was the key in me getting my life back.

I hired Mr. Smith for a case that was high stress and required an experienced attorney. I chose Mr. Smith because I thought he understood law in and out, and would not be surprised by ebbs and flows, and decisions made on matters by the court. Mr. Smith was continuously stumped by court decisions and left me little help or guidance in deciding matters. For the over 300$ per hour I paid, I expected someone more on top of their game, more professional in speech and appearance, and more recognizant of professional relations. Unfortunately, Mr. Smith wanted to act more as a father figure to someone he might have seen as half- wit child. In the end, Mr. Smith was more of an expensive paper filer than an advocate for my case, and I was forced to remove him from my case and find another attorney. I paid this man almost 2500$ and what I got was a man atleast 10 years older than his professional picture, walking with a cane, a toothpick in his mouth, cussing like a sailor, unaware of or unwilling to share important court rules, deadlines, or processes, and more so as one working for the court than sharing my rights to me. I walked away from him more stressed and anxious about my case, and found someone else for half the price, three times the professionalism, and someone well worth their cost. Mr. Smith, I expected much better from someone with the experience as you, I felt like I was paying you so you could take a vacation, not help me in a serious matter. No one paying such a high price to an attorney should feel like a burden to their own counsel.

I hired Mr. Smith to clear up a matter I had and was unaware of. Mr. Smith was clear in the process, clear in the timeframes and was available then responded quickly with any questions I had.

Philip was excellent and provided thoughtful consultation to ensure success in my case. He was respectable and treated me like a human. I could not be happier!
