I have been trying to work with this law firm since early 2017 - since then the customer service has been deplorable. I go months at a time without hearing from anyone - the only way to get a response is to continually email or call until you get a response. I have been passed around to 3 separate attorneys, each time having to re-explain my situation and essentially start my case from scratch. If you are looking for an attorney that will look out for your best interests, represent you and treat you with respect and dignity - this is not the law firm for you.
